Improving Access to Community Therapies (iACT) is Mind HK’s service which aims to bring free mental health support to individuals in Hong Kong. Our trained psychological wellbeing practitioners (PWPs) are here to provide free, short-term, and remote support to local citizens (aged 18-65) experiencing mild-moderate anxiety and depression or emotional distress.
