Improving Access to Community Therapies (iACT®) is Mind HK’s service which aims to bring free mental health support to individuals in Hong Kong. Our trained psychological wellbeing practitioners (PWPs) are here to provide free, short-term, and remote support to local citizens (aged 18-65) experiencing mild-moderate anxiety and depression or emotional distress.
