Improving Access to Community Therapies (iACT®) is Mind HK’s service which aims to bring free mental health support to individuals in Hong Kong. Our trained wellbeing practitioners are here to provide free, short-term, and remote support to local citizens experiencing mild-moderate anxiety and depression or emotional distress.
